Bubbles is sculpted by hand out of polymer clay, those intricate details added with acrylic paint and then varnished in order to achieve that glass-like shine. His hat has a matte finish. The entire piece has plenty of whimsical glow-in-the-dark bits! This piece is part of the Under the Sea collection and is signed by the artist. 

Bubbles is approximately 6 cm (2.4 inches) tall.
