Unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation (including likeness), or commercialization of any part of Ghostie World is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

While the general concept of “ghosts” or the word “ghostie” may exist in the public domain, the specific naming logic, narrative roles, symbolic universe, and integrated world structure that define Ghostie World represent a unique creative expression.This entire construct — including its emotional function, internal language, and cohesive design — is protected under copyright law.

Modifying superficial elements does not exempt a work from potential infringement.
Even partial replication of distinctive components — such as naming conventions, symbolic functions, narrative structures, or the emotional role of characters — may constitute a violation of intellectual property rights.
